Basketball... FOR COLE...

I usually post basketball and it's always Stockton, not this time.. I have been begging Cole to play for some time now and he just refused.. So I signed him up, thinking if he doesn't do it I guess I am just out the fifty bucks.. He was really nervous the first practice, and the first game.. But then something happened and this kid who suffers from major anxiety, actually was a different kid on the court. They made him the point guard, and he was so excited about that. He scored points every game, and was so happy.. Most days Stockton played at the same time (boo,) so Troy's parents took Stockton and I took Cole, and he would be so excited to tell Stockton all about his game.  I am happy he gave it a try and hope he signs up again. It did something for him, something GOOD.. Love this kiddo.. Here are some pics of some of his games. He missed a few with reunions and vacations, but loved everyone he went too.

My Birthday...

Wow so much has happened since I last updated... Courtnee bugs me everyday to update and I want too, I just don't. So I am finally going to update.. From the end of June until now.. Whew... So for my birthday this year, my sister and brother in law invited us to go boating... Heck yes I will. Although it was too windy to take the boat out, we still had lots of fun playing in the sand. :) Just a few pictures from our sand playing..

Lil Puppy...

Ryker is so funny.. Lately he loves to pretend that he is a puppy.. He loves these little fizzy candies.. This day he was eating them off of the floor like a puppy, then he wants you to clap and say "good job, puppy." Oh I love this kiddo..

School is out!!!

Another end to a great school year. So proud of the kids this year.. Cole did so good all year with his grades and his anxiety. He earned his Coyote Pride medallion and also got a medal for Leadership in his class. I missed his awards assembly, as I was at Courtnee's but a friend took some pictures of Cole, so I will post them as soon as I get them..  Stockton managed two 4.0's this year with the other two 3.9's.. Courtnee had an award assembly as she is leaving Middle School and heading to High School (gasp.) She was awesome this year and her three years in Middle School. She received an award for pulling a 4.0 all three years of Middle School, which was only given to eleven students. She also got an award for 4.0 all of this year.. And last was awarded Student of the Year in Language Arts.. So so proud of the kiddos..
