Trucks and Flowers...

What a weekend.. Relaxing and fun all into one.. It was really odd not having to do Basketball games on Saturday, so my sister and brother in law took the 3 boys to see the Monster Trucks.. Troy and Courtnee went and ran errands, and that left me all alone... *SIGHS, SMILES* Don't get me wrong I love my kids, (A LOT) but that was the nicest thing I got this weekend was some "me" time.. I went and got a manicure, browsed through Seagull Book, and refreshed with a 44 oz. Diet Coke.. AWW it was sheer bliss.. Saturday night, Troy made us his famous pizza, and we just chilled.. Sunday was a yummy breakfast, off to church then home for some more R&R... I tell you it was so nice not to have to be anywhere or do anything.. :) Today was a holiday, so again nothing really on the schedule.. Although I was desperately trying to find my happier place from Saturday as I awoke to World War 3 in my bedroom.. Kids, kids, kids...

Here are just a few pics from our weekend.. The boys loved the MT, and really loved the Motocross racers there too.. The trucks were a tad loud for Jade.. :)

Sports Galore...

Wow the last few weeks have been non stop sporting events for us... Stockton plays on 2 basketball teams, one is Jr. Jazz and one is a comp team.. Just a few cool shots from his comp team..

Stockton got his first "real" gun for his birthday this year... So we decided that since my sister practically lives in the sticks, that would be a good place to target practice... I seriously have the best sister and brother in law... They were so sweet to take all 3 of my boys out shooting... They let Cole & Jade even "shoot"... The boys were so darn excited... Thanks again Nanc & Levi for taking the boys, and always making sure they do things safe..... They sure do love you guys... Jade keeps talking about when he is going to kill his big deer like Nannys... :)

Boys...

Some days boys are fiesty and some days they are so darn cute. After not leaving my side for a week, (Troy was out of town and he was having some issues) Cole finally decided to break down and play with his toys . After playing quietly for some time, he came and got me to show me his race track. He was so proud of his "track" aka my bed, he had to show it off. He must have raced his cars around it for hours. I was just glad to have him finally play with something and not glued to my side. Gotta love those energetic, rambunctious boys!



We had Stockton's Blue & Gold Banquet last night, where they served rice and chow main, (you know things kids just love:) and then everyone brought a dessert. Well someone really nice brought some chocolate dipped strawberries and Jaden was insisting he have one, so instead of making him scream I gave in. This was his reaction...



He was a mess, but man did he enjoy that strawberry. Too fun...
